Meet the Team

Meds Resources has recently ventured in providing Childrens Home accommodations as a result of realising the need for a secure, stable, and encouraging environment for young people who have been in care. We take great satisfaction in offering a skilled service that emphasises the young person's uniqueness. We realise and value the significance of feeling accepted and included, and we do this by holding recurrent, inclusive, and non-judgmental support sessions.

All employees go through a thorough business induction as well as the safer recruitment procedure, which includes a thorough Disclosure and Barring Service check. We make sure that every employee has an equal chance to advance their career with us by providing high-quality training and encouragement from our highly skilled management team.

Gloria Duah

Director/Responsible Individual

Gloria is a senior nurse who has dedicated the past ten years of her career to serving patients within the National Health Service (NHS). As a nurse, she has been able to develop her skills and expertise in patient care, clinical leadership, and service delivery. Her passion for nursing is rooted in her desire to provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

Throughout her career, Gloria has held a variety of roles within the NHS, including staff nurse, charge nurse, and clinical lead. In her current role as a senior nurse, she provides leadership and support to her team, helping to ensure that patient care is delivered to the highest standards possible. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing care plans, conducting patient assessments, and providing education and training to the support workers. She is an advocate for patient-centered care, and she strives to ensure that patients receive care that is tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
In her personal life, Gloria enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and exploring the great outdoors.

Liviu Leuca

Head of Human Resources

Liviu is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in international business and leadership across a variety of industries. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for his ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a positive workplace culture. His expertise in people management, combined with his sharp business acumen, ensures that our organisation runs smoothly and that we continue to reinvest in the growth and wellbeing of both our staff and the young people we support.
As Human Resources Lead, Liviu champions the belief that employees are a company’s most valuable asset. He has a proven history of building strong teams, supporting professional development, and creating an environment where staff feel valued, motivated, and empowered. His commitment to effective HR practices plays a vital role in maintaining stability, compliance, and excellence across the organisation.
Outside of work, Liviu is a dedicated family man who enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures, which continues to shape his inclusive and people-focused approach to leadership.

Anita Danquah

Registered Manager

As a Registered Manager with over a decade of experience in children’s residential care, Anita brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. The Registered Manager plays a vital part in ensuring that children’s homes comply with the laws, regulations, and standards set by Ofsted and other governing bodies. Anita’s role requires a thorough understanding of childcare legislation, safeguarding policies, and best practice in residential care, as well as the ability to develop and implement care plans that support the individual needs and aspirations of children and young people.
Anita’s experience has equipped her with the skills to identify and manage potential risks, respond effectively to safeguarding concerns, and lead investigations where necessary, while always prioritising the welfare of children. She works closely with staff, families, and external professionals to ensure that children receive consistent, high-quality care in a safe and nurturing environment. Her commitment to promoting positive outcomes, upholding ethical standards, and fostering a culture of care and respect is central to the success and reputation of any children’s home.
